The steel bars can be printed with the Huanggang Special Steel logo, casting number, materials used and dimensions. Once collected into bundles, they are labeled with all necessary shipping references.
We have different types of standard packaging procedures based on product type, size, manufacturing technology and customer required surface finish.
The profiles are strapped and packaged in a way that ensures the safety of internal and external operators handling these materials, and the width-to-height ratio of the straps ensures their stability.
All wood used for packaging is phytosanitary treated and complies with ISPM N.15 – FAO requirements, and all wood packaging is printed with the FITOK trademark visible and easily verifiable by quality control personnel. These treatments are carried out to disinfect the material and eliminate possible parasites and pests.
The most common packaging methods are bundles wrapped in bubble wrap, with or without wooden blocks, strapping with galvanized steel or plastic, single or double layers of wooden boards, wooden boxes and last but not least pallets.
