Rolled pipe is formed from sheet metal by roll bending, UOE or JCO (press bending) methods. The manufacturing process follows strict international standards (API 2B, API 5L, DNVGL-OS-C401 and AWS D1.1).
The rolled pipes are joined longitudinally using a submerged arc welding process, which results in high-quality welds and is considered best suited for oil and gas applications.
